Shumpei
Kumon, GLOCOM Executive Director, has been
appointed as Japanese NPO representative to the
G8 DOT (Digital Opportunity Task) Force. The DOT
Force is a taskforce of G8 countries established
to address the potential dangers of leaving
developing nations behind in the growth of the
new digital economy. GLOCOM as organized the DOT
Force Consultation Committee, Japan. We welcome
